ENGLISH LITERATURE COURSE

This course:

• Provides enrichment for Italian teachers of English Literature through the study of texts and the exchange of classroom techniques.
• Offers guided readings and discussions for Members wishing to explore English Literature.
• Promotes the reading of complete works in original language.
• Introduces new voices to provide teachers with fresh ideas and to widen readers’ literary horizons. We tend to concentrate on modern writers, although readings also include the classics.
• Provides a comfortable environment in which to discuss literature in English.
